Install XenServer 5 on VMware Workstation 6.5

The XenServer 5 certification will come out some time this year. For those of you wanting to get familiar with the XenServer and XenCenter Console, I’ve made a little guide : How To – Installing XenServer on VMware Workstation 65

Be aware that it’s not possible to to add Virtual Machines since you don’t have “Hardware virtualization assistent support”. But I think it’s a nice way to work offline and getting familiar with the menus and the different options.

There is any mode or trick to add Virtual Machine to this?

The purpose of the guide is to install XenServer into VMware for demo/training purposes. If you would like to host virtual machines as well you should take a look at this articel : Installing XenServer on a USB Drive.
